36.5 hours per week – 4-day week – Mon-Wed 07:00am-4:45pm, Thursday 07:00am-4:15pm

We are now seeking an experienced Welder to join our team and support the production of high-specification pressure vessels and components, manufactured to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Welding pressure-rated sub-assemblies and high-integrity equipment

* Working to strict welding procedures with high NDT success rates

* Maintaining quality and achieving production deadlines

* Producing radiographic / ultrasonic acceptable welds

* Completing traceability documentation

* Slinging and lifting large heavy components
Essential Skills & Requirements

* Experience welding pressure vessels and pressure-retaining components

* Proven ability to produce X-ray / UT-tested welds

* Strong background in stainless steel fabrication

* Competent welding in 2G position to approved WPS

* Ability to read and work to engineering drawings
Core Welding Processes
You must be experienced in:

* GMAW (MIG/MAG)

* FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)

* GTAW (TIG Welding)

* Pipe welding & open-root welding

* Weld purging for stainless pipework
