Salary: £14.50 – £18.50 per hour, plus bonus and overtime.
Hours: 39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM‑4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM‑12:00 PM.

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines
• Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
• Conducting precision quality checks using measuring tools and CMM
• Meeting tight tolerances and production deadlines
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and understand CAD models
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls on Victorian lathe; training on Hurco machines provided
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Experience machining Inconel, Duplex, and Stainless Steel
• Ability to work efficiently independently and within a team
• Completed a time‑served apprenticeship
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and adherence to safety protocols
