Cleanroom Operator (Onsite) – BD

• Prepare solutions, cast materials, and cut components for Tissue Patch production
• Clean and calibrate glassware and equipment before and after use
• Maintain cleanroom standards through thorough cleaning procedures
• Conduct routine microbiological monitoring
• Complete accurate batch records and maintain compliance with quality systems
• Support equipment maintenance in collaboration with engineering
• Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials and solvents
• Assist with packaging and other operational tasks when needed

• Reliable, proactive, focused on teamwork and meeting deadlines
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Understanding of quality principles in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Physically able to lift up to 15 kg and perform tasks involving standing, bending, twisting
• Willing to wear protective equipment, including respirator if required

£27,500 to £28,100 per annum + benefits.
