• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Thu), 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Fri)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Thu), 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Fri)

39 hours

Rotating Shift: £14.04 per hour. Pay rise after 12 weeks of service to £15.23 p/h.

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Dewsbury, is looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals to join their team on a long‑term, ongoing contract. We’re currently recruiting for Production Operatives and Line Loaders. The ideal candidates will have previous production or warehouse experience. For the Line Loader role, a valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential. Full training will be provided for all other aspects of the role.

• Pack orders and prepare products for dispatch.
• Feed machines and monitor their operation.
• Load production lines with raw materials (Line Loader role).
• Transport goods and materials using FLT Counterbalance trucks (Line Loader role).
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on the production shop floor.
• Support other tasks on the production line as required.

• Previous production or warehouse experience is preferred.
• FLT Counterbalance licence required for Line Loader position.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Full‑time, regular hours with the opportunity for overtime.
