Job Description SummaryAs a Cleanroom Operator you will join the team and play a vital role in the manufacturing of Tissue Patch, an innovative product that helps reduce surgical complications and improve patient outcomes. This is a hands‑on position in a cleanroom environment where full training will be provided, so previous experience is not required.

Main Responsibilities Will Include- Prepare solutions, cast materials, and cut components for Tissue Patch production
- Clean and calibrate glassware and equipment before and after use
- Maintain cleanroom standards through thorough cleaning procedures
- Conduct routine microbiological monitoring
- Complete accurate batch records and maintain compliance with quality systems
- Support equipment maintenance in collaboration with engineering
- Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials and solvents
- Assist with packaging and other operational tasks when needed
- Reliable and proactive with a focus on teamwork and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Understanding of quality principles in a regulated manufacturing setting
- Physically able to lift up to 15 kg and perform tasks involving standing, bending, and twisting
- Willing to wear protective equipment, including a respirator if required
Salary range for the role: £27,500 to £28,100 pa + benefits
