As a Cleanroom Operator you will join the team and play a vital role in the manufacturing of Tissue Patch, an innovative product that helps reduce surgical complications and improve patient outcomes. This is a hands‑on position in a cleanroom environment where full training will be provided, so previous experience is not required.

• Prepare solutions, cast materials, and cut components for Tissue Patch production
• Clean and calibrate glassware and equipment before and after use
• Maintain cleanroom standards through thorough cleaning procedures
• Conduct routine microbiological monitoring
• Complete accurate batch records and maintain compliance with quality systems
• Support equipment maintenance in collaboration with engineering
• Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials and solvents
• Assist with packaging and other operational tasks when needed

• Reliable and proactive with a focus on teamwork and meeting deadlines
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Understanding of quality principles in a regulated manufacturing setting
• Physically able to lift up to 15 kg and perform tasks involving standing, bending, and twisting
• Willing to wear protective equipment, including a respirator if required

Salary range for the role: £27,500 to £28,100 pa + benefits
