The role offers a competitive starting hourly rate of £14.50–£16.00, with ample opportunity for overtime paid at 150%. Employees enjoy an early finish on Fridays, 28 days of holiday increasing to 33 days, and ongoing training and development. Ideal candidates will have experience working as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work independently from engineering drawings.
