Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience as a Production Manager within an electronics or RF manufacturing/assembly setting.

* Strong people management and coaching skills.

* Knowledge of ESD requirements, quality control and Health & Safety procedures.

* Experienced in production planning, scheduling and workflow optimisation.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities.

* Hands-on, practical approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
