The role will involve creating engaging content, producing marketing materials, supporting events and travelling across the UK to visit services and gather real-life stories and case studies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop the organisation’s social media presence

* Produce brochures, newsletters and marketing collateral

* Write compelling case studies and service-led content

* Support video content creation and basic editing

* Assist with planning and delivering internal and external events

* Create email marketing campaigns using CRM/marketing platforms

* Visit services across the UK to gather content, stories and media

* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners

Experience & Skills Required

* Experience managing social media channels in a professional setting

* Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce engaging content

* Experience producing brochures or similar marketing materials

* Ability to write case studies and real-life stories

* Video editing experience (basic to intermediate)

* Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms

* Highly organised, enthusiastic and confident managing multiple projects

* Willingness to travel across the UK (expenses covered)
