About the role...
As an Account Manager, you’ll lead creative projects from pitch to delivery, working closely with teams of brand, design, strategy, and innovation specialists. You’ll manage client relationships, ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, and act as the go-to partner for upselling and new opportunities.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
- Writing and managing creative briefs from conception to delivery
- Presenting work confidently in pitches and client meetings
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
About you...
This role would suit someone with strong agency experience, used to fast-paced environments, and comfortable managing multiple high-profile clients. You are process-driven, creative, and confident representing premium work to clients.

- Proven experience in account management within a marketing or creative agency
- Skilled in writing and managing creative briefs across multiple channels
- Strong client relationship management and confidence in pitches and presentations
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
