Digital Account Manager

About the role

As a Digital Account Manager, the focus of your role will be to lead upon the client servicing for a selection of the agency’s key clients specifically across their web development projects.

• Work closely with the client contact and ensure that campaign briefs are dealt with correctly
• Ensure all web development projects are delivered on time and within budgets (with help from the Project Team)
• Book in weekly and monthly calls with key contacts
• Work closely with the design and development team to ensure builds are to brief

To be considered for this Digital Account Manager role you must have a passion for all things Web Development.

• Previous client service / Account management experience within a digital / marketing agency
• Ability to create tech / web specifications
• Strong understanding of UX and Web Development
• Be confident enough to speak to clients regularly and take lead upon meetings
• Good understanding of the wider digital marketing channels such as Paid Media, SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing
• You must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre, 3 days a week
