We’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand, driving client acquisition and retention, and promoting our legal services across all practice areas.

Reporting to the BD Director, this role combines marketing leadership with hands‑on management, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects that align with our firm’s vision and core values.

• Lead and inspire the BD & Marketing team – providing guidance, mentoring, and motivation to achieve exceptional results.
• Develop and deliver the firm’s marketing plan, ensuring consistency with our brand and business goals.
• Oversee all marketing channels – from PR and events to social media, sponsorship, awards, and advertising.
• Partner with lawyers and practice heads to implement BD initiatives, launch services and manage pitch processes.
• Manage key suppliers and budgets, ensuring efficiency and strong ROI.
• Champion client feedback, turning insights into opportunities for growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Degree in Marketing or CIM Level 6 (Diploma).
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong team leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities.
