Within a 15-mile radius of Stockbridge Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience and hours) Job Type: Part-time (22.5 hours minimum) or Full-time (38.5 hours  overtime) Overtime opportunities with incentives - paid at an increased rate of at least 20% Enhanced annual leave entitlement (29 days total after 1 year service, increasing to 30 days after 2 years) RLM is looking for an Experienced Gardener to join our dedicated team, maintaining and managing a portfolio of beautiful gardens within a 15-mile radius of the Stockbridge area.

Our working areas include Andover, Romsey, Salisbury and Winchester and we are very happy to customise a portfolio to match your location. Independently managing and maintaining a varied portfolio of private gardens, with full support and assistance from the team as desired Working closely with colleagues to support garden maintenance and contribute to ongoing development Using professional horticultural techniques to ensure consistently high standards What were looking for (essential):
Clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle. A company vehicle will be provided for you. A formal horticultural qualification or 4 years of professional experience Comprehensive knowledge of ornamental and native plants Significant experience with garden machinery (approximately 20% of the role involves machinery use) Strong work ethic and attention to detail The ability to assess and determine the appropriate standard of work required Happy to work independently and within a team Nice to have (but not essential):
Machinery operation tickets (e.g. hedge trimmers, mowers, chainsaws) PA1/PA6 spraying certifications First Aid at Work Perks:
