The Role – Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer
You’ll work on both hands-on manual inspection and high-level CMM programming.
Your main responsibilities as a Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer will include:

* Programming Mitutoyo CMMs using MCOSMOS and getting trained on cutting edge AI-driven next generation software

* Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspections to strict standards

* Manual inspection using verniers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges etc.

* Producing detailed inspection reports and updating quality documentation

* Collaborating with Production, Engineering and CI teams to solve quality issues

* Supporting training for apprentices and less experienced colleagues

* Maintaining calibration and inspection equipment

About You:

They’re open to different experience levels – whether you’ve got 1–2 years under your belt and a proactive attitude, or you're a seasoned CMM Programmer.
You’ll Need:

* Experience with CMM programming (Mitutoyo preferred; Zeiss or Hexagon considered)

* Confidence in interpreting detailed technical drawings and GD&T

* Hands-on manual inspection capability

* Familiarity with ISO 9001

* An eye for process improvement and continuous development
