About The Role
As a Quality Compliance Administrator
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our engineering and manufacturing operations meet customer, regulatory and internal quality requirements. You will support the Quality Manager, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate compliance activities and help drive continuous improvement across the business.
This role is ideal for someone with a methodical mindset who thrives on structure, accuracy and supporting others to work to best practice standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain, update and control quality documentation (SOPs, audit reports, inspection records and compliance logs)
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring correct documentation is available and accurately presented
- Manage NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and track corrective/preventative actions (CAPA)
- Assist with customer and supplier compliance requests and collate evidence where required
- Help ensure the business meets ISO, industry and customer compliance standards
- Coordinate calibration records, equipment certificates and traceability documentation
- Monitor document control processes to ensure version accuracy and document integrity
- Provide administrative support to the Quality and Production teams
- Support continuous improvement activities and help embed quality culture across the business
- Experience working in engineering
, manufacturing
, assembly
, fabrication
, processing or similar technical environment - Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail accurate data input, proof-reading and document control
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain compliance standards
- Confident communicator able to work with people at all levels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) or QC/QA processes beneficial
- Experience supporting audits, quality teams or compliance functions highly advantageous
