Freelance Tenant Liaison Officer - Leeds
Our agency is currently working with a leading contractor delivering works across residential and social housing properties in Leeds, and we are seeking an experienced Freelance Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to support ongoing projects.
The RoleAs a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between residents, contractors, and project teams, ensuring works are delivered smoothly while maintaining excellent resident relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and residents
- Communicate project timelines, access requirements, and updates clearly
- Manage resident queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Arrange appointments and access for works
- Maintain accurate records and reports on resident engagement
- Support site teams to ensure minimal disruption to residents
- Proven experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer (or similar role)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within social housing or occupied residential environments
- Ability to work independently on a freelance basis
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
