We are thrilled to be working with an award-winning insight and innovation agency, based in Leeds, who are looking for an Insight manager to join their team as they enter a growth phase.

With a global presence and a household name within FMCG and Consumer R&D, this agency works with some of the world's most famous brands; helping them to make better decisions and gain competitive advantages through insight.

We are looking for someone who is capable in either qualitative or quantitative or both methodologies, who is passionate about coming up with ideas and running with them, and who is fascinated by people and how humans interact with the brands we all recognise & love!

• Lead and undertake international research projects for some of the most well‑known brands globally.
• Deliver well‑researched insight to clients regarding their consumers, demographics, and audiences.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods, product testing, segmentation and new product development.

• Market research agency experience at Senior Research Executive level or higher.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods, product testing, segmentation, and new product development.
• Experience working cross‑functionally across teams such as fieldwork, labs, and science.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills with attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated organisational and time‑management skills.
• Flexible approach to research with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, driven and adaptable with a desire to learn new techniques and a forward‑facing attitude.
