Our Field and Recruitment Team, which manages participant recruitment and face-to-face interviewing projects at DJS Research, is looking for a Junior Field Executive to help coordinate and support project delivery.

The core details of this entry level position are as follows

  • This position is a full-time, hybrid role (40% office-based), therefore candidates must be able to commute to our Strines Head Office a minimum of 2 days a week (within postcode SK6)
  • Working hours are 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
  • We’re looking for someone who can start in January 2026

As a Junior Field Executive, you’ll assist in all stages of the project process, from planning and fieldwork management to recruitment coordination, with guidance from an experienced team member. This role offers excellent training and development opportunities in market research, particularly in fieldwork and recruitment operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a medium-sized, employee-owned market research agency with the scope to work on projects for a wide range of clients, spanning all sectors, both here in the UK and internationally.

No prior market research experience is required as we will provide full on-the-job training. What matters most are your personal qualities a can-do attitude and motivation to learn.
