• Experience in a supervisory / leadership role ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment.
  * Flexible and available work late nights, weekends, and key trading dates.

• Consistently achieve personal sales targets and support the team to achieve their personal sales targets.

• Create an atmosphere where guiding and motivating the team to success is at the core of everything you do.
  * Train, develop and give feedback to the team to help them to become the best that they can be.

• Oversee the completion of daily and weekly store tasks by following store standards, policies, and procedures.
  * Create a luxury retail environment with high standards of visual merchandising and replenishment.

• Deputise for store management in their absence by taking responsibility of daily store operations.
