• Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team

• At least two years' experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or Supervisor
• Background in high‑volume, fast‑paced retail, ideally lifestyle, variety, or discount
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop your team

• Commercial mindset with experience driving sales and managing stock effectively
