About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping them find the perfect product and completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers discover what they need.
- Store Standards – maintain store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, support loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.
