Customer Service Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our existing team at our Head Office in Stourton, Leeds.

• Process orders for products in line with company procedures
• Ensure all processes are completed on time in accordance with daily departmental workflows
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues via telephone and email in a professional manner
• Monitor end-to-end order delivery to ensure timely fulfilment
• Proactively communicate any order delays to customers
• Run stock allocations throughout the day to ensure product availability for orders
• Liaise with Procurement and Manufacturing teams to ensure backorder delivery information is current and accurate
• Process customer returns and credits in line with company policies
• Manage and process loan and trial orders efficiently
• Other duties as required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in Microsoft packages
• GCSE in English Language (A-C or 4+)
