Your Career Path
After completing the program, you’ll transition into a full-timeSalesrole, where you’ll:
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outreach and networking
- Understand client needs and present strategic proposals
- Collaborate with recruitment, skills lab and service delivery teams to deliver tailored talent solutions
- Drive headcount growth by meeting and exceeding targets
