Join Our Team and Make a Difference! We’re currently seeking a Property Sales Surveyor to join our dedicated team at the Newcastle branch, covering the North East and Yorkshire areas.

Base pay: £25,940 basic salary, expected OTE £27,658 per annum with bonus and commission schemes.

• Visit new and existing customers to survey properties and provide solutions to preservation issues.
• Travel daily and be comfortable on the move.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Relevant experience in construction, building maintenance or preservation industry is advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven.
• Excellent problem solving.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in sales is advantageous – will work face‑to‑face with customers regularly.
• May be required to pass a DBS check.
