Role OverviewThis national role will focus on driving both existing customer relationships and new business development, with a 50/50 split across account management and new customer acquisition. Reporting to the Directors, the successful candidate will oversee a team of National Sales Managers and collaborate closely with the Sales Office Manager.
Responsibilities- Drive existing customer relationships and new business development.
- Lead a team of National Sales Managers and work with the Sales Office Manager.
- Achieve commercial targets, expand market share, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Dynamic, self‑motivated sales leader with a strong grasp of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) market.
- Experience managing teams, developing sales strategies, and building long‑term customer relationships across multi‑site accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen, people‑management experience, and a proven ability to drive performance.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional approach to sales.
- A solid track record in field‑based sales and business development, ideally within the automotive or industrial consumables sectors.
