Business Development Representative - Dutch speaker

Hybrid role. Must be native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.

Basic Salary £35k (dependent on experience).

Job Description

This role works within the Demand Generation Centre of Excellence (CoE) and is supported by the other CoEs. The primary goal is to positively impact the sales pipeline by prospecting, identifying, and generating Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to build a strong pipeline across the target market. SALs must be qualified to the agreed standard.

Tasks include outbound and inbound SAL generation, nurturing, and attending exhibitions and seminars to network with senior finance/procurement professionals.

Key Accountabilities / BAU Objectives
  • Plan weekly lead generation activities aligned with pipeline needs, using a consultative solution selling approach with key decision makers.
  • Manage hot leads: respond to inbound enquiries via email, telephone, and the website.
  • Follow up on warm leads from marketing activities such as webinars, exhibitions, and downloads.
  • Cold outreach using tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator & Zoom Info.
  • Nurture existing leads that are not sales‑ready.
  • Represent at online/physical events to generate new leads and raise brand awareness.
  • Manage Salesforce and provide feedback on market/industry insights and lead quality.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Sales colleagues on planning, lead quality, SAL progress, and pipeline impact.
Professional Skills / Qualifications
  • Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Highly motivated, results driven, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Track record of building measurable B2B programmes and marketing communication efforts.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Go To Webinar .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail.
