RolePartnership Sales Manager / Business Development Representative
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Google searches on buildings in prime areas in assigned cities/provinces to identify qualified building types, conditions, and minimum sizes that meet IWG criteria.
- Reach out to key contact persons / decision makers of potential landlord/building owners via outbound calls to introduce the IWG proposition.
- Build rapport and establish relationships to turn cold calls into warm leads and pass qualified prospects to the partnership director.
- Handle basic objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the partnership director to develop and implement lead acquisition strategies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on IWG proposition and industry trends to tailor pitches effectively.
- Report on cold‑calling progress and outcomes to the Partnership Sales Manager.
- Strong skills in Google and other channel research.
- Proven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role; background in real estate sector is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle rejections and overcome objections.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet targets and thrive in a high‑pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
