Overview
Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Leeds
Key qualification:
CeMAP or equivalent. This role is fully remote with a focus on in‑branch client care and lead generation.
- Target earnings £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
- Fully uncapped commission scheme
- Basic salary £22,000‑£28,000 (dependent on experience)
- Guaranteed monthly payments for up to six months while building a pipeline

- Multi‑tasking: master multitasking and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
- Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and developers, ensuring high service levels
- Collaborate with branch peers to build referral opportunities
- Proactively seek new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships; take accountability for KPIs
- Strong on‑camera presence to engage audiences and maximise reach
- Generate and maintain client relationships, maximise in‑branch opportunities, and thrive in a stimulating environment
- Follow up on in‑branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise client value
- Generate your own leads and business
- Work in tandem with Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance teams, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service
- Full‑time, office based
- Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00
- Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Subject to passing probationary period
