Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser – Leeds
Key qualification:
CeMAP or equivalent. This role is fully remote with a focus on in‑branch client care and lead generation.

• Target earnings £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• Basic salary £22,000‑£28,000 (dependent on experience)
• Guaranteed monthly payments for up to six months while building a pipeline

• Engage across all life stages, establishing needs through email, phone, face‑to‑face and video channels
• Multi‑tasking: master multitasking and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
• Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and developers, ensuring high service levels
• Collaborate with branch peers to build referral opportunities
• Proactively seek new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships; take accountability for KPIs
• Strong on‑camera presence to engage audiences and maximise reach

• Generate and maintain client relationships, maximise in‑branch opportunities, and thrive in a stimulating environment
• Follow up on in‑branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise client value
• Generate your own leads and business
• Work in tandem with Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance teams, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service

• Full‑time, office based
• Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

• Passport/Birth Certificate (evidence of right to work)
• Proof of Address
• National Insurance Number
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Subject to passing probationary period
