Responsibilities- Serve as a Ricoh ambassador, exceeding performance expectations, leading by example, mentoring potential Account Directors.
- Achieve assigned sales targets to meet divisional budget requirements.
- Provide strategic insight into customers’ business/verticals; help customers think differently, bring new ideas, and solve challenges.
- Use a consultative selling approach to diagnose underlying issues and propose sustainable, customised solutions across ITS, RGS and Outsourcing.
- Increase our brand credibility as a Digital Services Business and become a trusted partner.
- Reduce complexity and risk for customers, guiding purchasing decisions aligned with their long‑term strategy.
- Drive sales, margins and customer value in any economic environment.
- Protect premium pricing through well‑designed solution sales.
- Identify key stakeholders and personas via strategic account plans to drive future sales opportunities.
- Determine metrics to measure success and demonstrate ROI to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales data aligned to assigned accounts and update all relevant systems.
- Utilise social media to promote the Ricoh brand, expand high‑level contacts and nurture relationships.
- Significant experience in B2B, Public Sector and Key Account sales.
- Track record of clean sales and end‑to‑end process management.
- Knowledge of Ricoh’s Value Propositions (OP, OS, RGS, AS/BPS) at C‑suite level.
- Ability to identify and engage multiple key stakeholders.
- Effective questioning and active listening skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Inspires trust and confidence, creating a positive impression.
- Resilient and tenacious, managing risks appropriately.
- Empathetic selling approach, understanding customer perspective.
- Understanding of customer business, economic drivers and value drivers.
- Commercial awareness, keeps abreast of market trends.
- Openness to sharing views, even when controversial.
- Ability to think from different perspectives and provide fresh insight.
- Strong two‑way communication skills for high‑level debate.
