Vertu Land Rover Leeds offers an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team. We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £55,000 plus company benefits.

• Provide support to the sales team, building and presenting deals to the customer following qualification from the sales team.
• Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given.
• Support the department in delivering the Group's controlled Active Sales process and drive performance to achieve agreed targets.
• Manage daily actions and direct customer interaction, with first and second facing customer activity at its heart.
• Assist sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles with add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Work well under pressure, excel at relationship building and negotiating, possess excellent communication and use your own initiative.
• Hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence.

• Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• A customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
