๐ About the RoleThe Account Development Associate is a critical front-line role that helps fuel the growth of Iris Softwareโs client portfolio. Youโll engage potential customers, understand their challenges, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in B2B tech sales, with coaching and pathways for progression. ๐ผโจ
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities- ๐ Identify, research, and qualify prospective client accounts
- ๐ค Conduct outreach via email, phone, and Linked In to engage decision-makers
- ๐ Book discovery calls and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- ๐๏ธ Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in the CRM
- ๐ Support sales campaigns, events, and targeted outreach initiatives
- ๐งญ Gain a strong understanding of Iris Softwareโs solutions and the industries we serve
- ๐ก Provide insights on lead quality, messaging, and prospect trends
- ๐ 6โ12 months of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- (B2B or tech industry experience is a plus, but not required!)
- ๐ฌ Excellent communication skills โ written and verbal
- ๐ High motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
- ๐ฏ Target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
- ๐ฅ๏ธ Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is helpful
- ๐ค A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
