The Account Development Associate is a critical front-line role that helps fuel the growth of Iris Softwareโ€™s client portfolio. Youโ€™ll engage potential customers, understand their challenges, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in B2B tech sales, with coaching and pathways for progression. ๐Ÿ’ผโœจ

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities
  • ๐Ÿ” Identify, research, and qualify prospective client accounts
  • ๐Ÿค Conduct outreach via email, phone, and Linked In to engage decision-makers
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Book discovery calls and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in the CRM
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Support sales campaigns, events, and targeted outreach initiatives
  • ๐Ÿงญ Gain a strong understanding of Iris Softwareโ€™s solutions and the industries we serve
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Provide insights on lead quality, messaging, and prospect trends
๐Ÿงฉ What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • ๐ŸŽ“ 6โ€“12 months of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • (B2B or tech industry experience is a plus, but not required!)
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Excellent communication skills โ€” written and verbal
  • ๐Ÿš€ High motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is helpful
  • ๐Ÿค A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
