• Building relationships:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key existing customers
• Providing support:
  Resolve any issues and provide solutions to key account customers in a timely manner
• Deliver high‑level service and identify upsell opportunities

• Account management, sales, business development or similar background
• Good customer service skills
• Knowledge of engineering
• UK driving licence
