About the Role
As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car sales in a challenging, target driven environment. If you are looking to join the Automotive Industry then this is a brilliant opportunity for you, and a lifelong career choice. Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend manufacturer Training Courses and continuous internal Training and Support.
We have Customer Delight Executives across all our sites who handle the handovers giving you more time to focus on world class customer care and selling more cars.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world‑class customer service. You must have sales experience. We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer's needs and be able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Sales Executive you will have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and be able to maximise every opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.

We offer manufacture training for product knowledge to give you the technical skills you need, and we work with our own world class sales trainer who will give you everything you need to be a “top one per cent”.
- A basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000
. - Working hours that are 5 days per week.

You must have a valid UK driving license.
Working HoursYour normal hours of work are between 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm and 10.30am to 4.00pm on Sunday. You will work on a shift pattern to cover the hours required to operate the business. This equates to an average of 41.5 hours per week over a 4 week period. When you work a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.
