Basic Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 + commission + optional overtime

OTE: £40,000 – £50,000 p.a.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Closer for a fast-growing stairlift engineering company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a critical, high-impact role for a razor-sharp closer who thrives on converting warm opportunities into completed sales.

With record appointment volumes, you’ll work closely with on-site surveyors to take ownership of live deals and get them over the line, while also chasing unsold quotes post-survey to secure conversions.

This role offers strong earning potential and a clear opportunity to build and lead a dedicated telesales closing team.

Ideal Telesales Closer:

* Proven experience closing sales over the phone or remotely

* Confident handling warm, high-intent leads

* Exceptional objection-handling and negotiation skills

* Commercially driven and motivated by commission

* Professional, persuasive, and calm under pressure

* Stairlift, home improvements, or mobility industry experience - Ideal

Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Closer:

* Close live stairlift sales while surveyors are on-site with customers

* Take control of deals in progress to maximise conversion rates

* Chase and convert unsold quotes following completed surveys

* Handle inbound and outbound closing calls with professionalism

* Upsell warranties and additional services to increase deal value

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales notes

* Consistently achieve and exceed sales and closing targets
