Job Title: Sales Manager, UK and Western Europe Location: UK preferred (Ireland, Rotterdam or Hamburg considered), remote with regular travel

The Opportunity

While most voyage optimisation vendors chase the all-in-one platform, this business does one thing in depth: vessel-specific models built in house, with the same team supporting crews on every voyage. Its paid proof of concept on 5 to 10% of a fleet removes the multi-year sales cycle, and one customer has grown from three vessels to around forty. A new commercial leader has just joined and the Western Europe seat is open.

Impact You Will Have

• Own new business across the UK and Germany, with scope into Benelux
• Win first deals of 3 to 20 vessels with owners, operators and charterers
• Convert introductions from highly satisfied enterprise customers into revenue
• Help shape the commercial story behind the next phase of growth

• Maritime credibility: you can hold a conversation on freight, fleets and voyage economics
• A record of opening doors and closing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals, whatever the product
• Energy for the travel, events and graft a growth-stage role demands
