• Programming in one or more of JavaScript, Java, .Net, Python
• Collaboratively designing and building proof of concept or production systems
• Source controlling your code with version control systems (e.g., Git, Mercurial, Perforce)
• Utilising CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins, Team City, Bitbucket) to streamline delivery
• Continual testing with automated testing frameworks
• Ensuring code quality with static code analysis tools (e.g., Sonar Qube)
• Working in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
• Common software design patterns
• Using creativity to solve client challenges

Desirable Experience (we’ll help you with these if not already familiar):

• Machine Learning software (e.g., AWS/Azure ML, Google Tensor Flow)
• Cloud deployment and management (AWS, MS Azure)
• Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Relational, document, or graph database systems
• Software configuration and deployment (e.g., Ansible)

• Collaborate within a team to design and deliver software solutions
• Develop and maintain production-ready code with emphasis on quality and reliability
• Participate in software design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
• Adhere to security and compliance requirements relevant to national security projects
