Salesforce Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team in Leeds on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract (FTC). You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising our Salesforce platform — delivering innovative, secure, and efficient solutions that support business transformation.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Translate business requirements into high‑quality technical solutions following governance and best practice standards
• Lead integrations with other enterprise systems via APIs and middleware
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimisation across Salesforce environments
• Support and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, driving continuous improvement and scalability

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven record of delivering complex solutions
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce and configuration best practices
• Experience with integrations, automation, and data management
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II (highly desirable)
• Experience with Git and Agile delivery environments
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills
• Hybrid working: mix of on‑site collaboration in Leeds and remote flexibility
