Production Coordinator:
Creator Platform (Fixed-Term Contract) at Rockstar Games
Join Rockstar Games, where we create world‑class entertainment experiences. We’re looking for a Production Coordinator with a passion for technology and strong communication and organization skills to join our Creator Platform team – responsible for the FiveM and RedM multiplayer modification platforms. The role is a fixed‑term contract, in‑office position based in Leeds, England.
What We Do- The Creator Platform Production team collaborates with the wider engineering team to develop high‑quality features and improvements using software development tools and methodologies.
- Ensure technical and product requirements are understood across departments, that feasibility is established, and alignment is maintained through delivery.
- Build collaborative processes that promote honest, transparent, and frequent communication.
- Help establish and maintain processes to standardise planning, tracking, and communication across the team.
- Organise, lead, and document internal and cross‑departmental meetings.
- Work with the Product Owner to keep the Product Backlog well maintained.
- Proactively follow‑up on the status of work, ensuring blockers are chased down.
- Ensure key dates are understood by all team members.
- Track and present detailed schedules, status reports, milestone objectives and other documentation clearly and accurately; track upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Communicate production notes to developers as needed and coordinate internal discussions.
- Proactively identify and manage risks that could impact the team.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical production role.
- Ability to coordinate and deliver highly technical projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication.
- Comfortable hosting meetings in person and with distributed teams.
- Ability to define and maintain feature development plans and schedules.
- Understanding of production methodologies and their application.
- Proficiency with task‑tracking software (Jira, Hansoft, Trello).
- Experience managing team resources on web services such as Confluence and Monday.
- Autonomous, flexible mindset, able to adapt to changing criteria.
These are desirable skills and are not required to apply.
- Background in computer science or adjacent technical field.
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, CSM, or CSPO.
- Experience working with highly technical teams.
- Experience with in a large‑scale AAA development team.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- University degree in Game Production, Design, Software Development, or related field.
- Passion for video games.
- Experience or knowledge of UGC products.
- This is a 16‑month fixed‑term contract maternity cover position.
