AI Developer / Agentic AI Developer – Python, LLMs, GCP

A scale-up technology-led product business services organisation is expanding its engineering capability with over £9 Million investment, and looking for an AI Developer / Agentic AI Developer to help design, build, and scale existing and new intelligent products for its customers.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, cloud-native environment, developing AI-powered applications that go from concept to production. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and platform teams, taking ownership of AI-driven features end-to-end, from solution design and model integration through to deployment and optimisation.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI and agentic systems are embedded into products, influencing architectural decisions, and contributing to best practices, while working hands‑on with LLMs, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to deliver scalable, real‑world solutions.

Location:

Leeds – 2 Days Per Week

Salary: £75,000 to £90,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits

• 3+ years’ experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer with strong AI exposure.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python and modern AI / ML frameworks.
