I'm supporting a fintech scale up in hiring a Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of their customer facing web application and frontend ecosystem. This is a hands on leadership role, where you will be responsive both both the coding and people management.

• 🚀Own the modern frontend stack (currently React focused but open to confident knowledge with either React or Vue.js;
• 🚀Lead and mentor a squad of frontend developers;
• 🚀Maintain& evolve a shared component library / design system;
• 🚀Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams;
• 🚀Ensure seamless API integration with backend squads;
• 🚀Shape front end technical directions

• 💯 5 + years experience building web apps (React, Vue, Angular);
• 🚀Solid experience with LAMP Stack (commercial exposure to PHP, Laravel);
• 💯Experience leading / mentoring frontend engineers;
• 💯Experience building or stewarding component libraries;
• 💯Deep understanding of frontend integration with APIs;
• 💯Fluency in frontend tooling
