We are looking for a passionate fitness coach to deliver a top‑tier member experience, offering welcoming gym orientations, dynamic fitness classes and meticulous club cleanliness.

• Deliver engaging personal training and group fitness classes.
• Introduce new club members through orientation and induction.
• Maintain the gym, pool area and club facilities in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to enhance member satisfaction.

• Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
• Strong customer service focus with a smile and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver outstanding member satisfaction and proactive issue spotting.
• Compliance with company and legal guidelines, ensuring safety for colleagues and members.
