We are currently recruiting an experienced Customs Clerk to join a well‑established International Logistics Company based in Leeds. As a Customs Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting European road freight operations by ensuring all customs documentation is prepared accurately and in line with current regulations, helping to prevent border delays and disruptions.

• Preparing and processing import/export customs declarations for European road freight.
• Ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
• Liaising with planners, hauliers, customers, and internal teams to support smooth freight movements.
• Resolving customs queries and discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• Previous experience working as a Customs Clerk / Customs Administrator within a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of European road freight customs procedures, including groupage movements.
• Experience preparing import and export customs declarations.
• Knowledge of customs compliance, documentation and regulations.
