Location: Lee's Summit
Buff City Soap in Missouri is seeking a store leader to supervise daily operations, motivate staff, and drive sales. You will balance coaching, operations, and customer engagement to keep the store running smoothly.
This full-time role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays; expect about 40 hours weekly and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. You’ll build a positive team culture and ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
