Store Manager Outlet

We are currently looking for a  Store Manager  for our Outlet in  Legnano  to drive the team to succeed.

Responsibilities

Ensure the achievement of store sales budget.

Responsible for managing the store costs in an effective manner.

Responsible for the overall results of the store, working closely with all the team and the Retail Departments to ensure that day‑to‑day activities build into the long‑term plan.

As a dynamic and inspiring leader, manage all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experience.

Perform with high integrity in company compliance with Corporate departments.

Be an ambassador of the brand by promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace.

Key Holder.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a manager in luxury retail.

Knowledge Of

Geographical zone (strategy, organization, KPI, risks, key people, products, markets, clients, local culture, local stakeholders)

Client ceremony and its implementation to increase the business.

Visual and merchandising techniques.

Stock management methods and techniques.

Commercial indicators and how to analyze and animate them.

CRM methods and procedures.

Skills
