This role is central to maintaining accurate records, supporting colleagues, and upholding exceptional standards of communication, confidentiality, and professionalism.
** Responsibilities:
** Office Administration:
Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies. Communication Support:
Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, providing friendly, timely, and professional responses via phone, email, and in person. Document Management:
Prepare, update, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence to support the Head Office team and wider organisation. Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist with organising meetings, training sessions, and appointments, ensuring rooms, materials, and resources are prepared in advance. Compliance & Record Keeping:
Maintain confidential information securely and support the completion of compliance‑related documentation, audits, and reporting requirements. Team Support:
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, offering administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing training, performance reviews, and development opportunities to enhance administrative skills and knowledge.

* Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a care, healthcare, or office‑based environment. Administrative
Skills:
Strong organisational ability with confidence in managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and working to deadlines. Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner. IT Proficiency:
