You will be working within our Maintenance team supporting with tasks such as invoicing, maintaining company documentation and other administrative tasks.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

• Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain stock records and ensure stock levels are monitored
• Book third‑party repair and maintenance works
• Obtain quotes and pricing from suppliers
• Track and manage jobs from initial booking through to completion
• Support the fleet and maintenance team with general administrative duties
• Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation throughout

• Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet or maintenance
• Strong organisational skills and time management
• High levels of accuracy and data inputting
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Confident handling documents, prices, and third‑party coordination
• Self‑motivated, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced setting
