What does a Senior Client Executive at Consultus do?

• Managing incoming queries and keeping clients updated
• Coordinating work across internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintaining accurate records, trackers and CRM updates
• Providing clear, timely communication to clients and colleagues
• Supporting contract renewals, reporting and service delivery tasks
• Helping drive a consistent and reliable client experience
• Proactively resolving issues and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

Your role is central to keeping clients informed, organised and confident in the service we provide.

Experience with in an energy supplier or TPI would be a strong advantage, but we also welcome candidates from other roles where organisation, communication and coordination are central to success. If you’re used to managing a fast‑moving workload, juggling competing priorities and keeping things on track, you’ll fit in well.
