As a Credit Controller, you willbe responsible fortimelycollection of overdue debts whilstmaintaininga good levelof customer service.

This role requiresaccurateinformation to be recorded on customer accounts and negotiate arrangements where needed.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, butwe’reworking towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040.We’realready supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas.

We’realso developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving newbio-fuelsand renewable gases. Reduction of overdue debts via a portfolio of customer accounts, to agreed targets

Responsible for releasing orders in line with credit policy.

Responsible for placing customers on stop where necessary and removal of stops as required

Reviewing credit limits and applying for increased limits

Processing payments on customers’ accounts.

Reviewing and setting up customer Direct Debits

Sound knowledge of debt collection including a variety of techniques.

Able to negotiate with to bring a satisfactory outcome to all parties in difficult circumstances.
