Health & Safety Consultant – CDM – Mitsui E&P USA LLC

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety professional to lead, influence, and shape safer project outcomes across the construction sector.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, delivering high quality consultancy across a range of CDM and construction projects.
• Provide expert advice on compliance, risk management, and project safety, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term engagement.
• Support wider client portfolios with clear guidance, thorough documentation, and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet departmental goals and uphold rigorous quality standards.

• Experienced Health & Safety adviser with a strong track record across diverse industries or an enforcement capacity.
• Solid understanding of relevant legislation, particularly the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and the Principal Designer role.
• Highly organised, confident working remotely and on client sites, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, comfortable using CRM or workload planning systems.
• Clean driving licence, willingness to travel nationwide, and suitable qualifications such as the NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), IOSH status, and ideally construction‑related or APS memberships.

• Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance.
