We are recruiting a Health & Safety Construction professional to manage and strengthen a key client relationship while delivering high‑quality consultancy across a range of CDM and construction projects. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will provide expert advice on compliance, risk management and project safety, ensuring client satisfaction, long‑term engagement and opportunities for service growth. You will support wider client portfolios with clear guidance, thorough documentation and effective issue resolution, while collaborating closely with colleagues to meet departmental goals and uphold rigorous quality standards.
AboutYou
The ideal candidate is an experienced Health & Safety adviser with a strong track record across diverse industries or in an enforcement capacity. You should have a solid understanding of relevant legislation, particularly the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and the Principal Designer role, and be able to drive service excellence and improve health and safety performance. Highly organised, confident working both remotely and on client sites, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM or workload planning systems, a passion for people and professional growth, and a supportive working environment. A clean driving licence, willingness to travel nationwide, and suitable qualifications – such as a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), IOSH status, and ideally construction‑related or APS memberships – are essential.
