Quantity Surveyor

A well established Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Leicester.

The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with offices across the South. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on various exciting projects within the Public and Private sectors. Sectors include Commercial, Residential, Heritage, Sport, Education and Healthcare. The company culture is friendly, encouraging and collaborative.

They are actively looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take ownership of clients and projects across a range of sectors, which provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a dynamic and interesting role.

The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Have 4+ years experience working in a Quantity Surveying role
• Experience managing own projects
• Have good communication and client facing skills
• Be chartered or working towards APC
